The 15 ''Miniatures'' do not follow any of the common classical forms. They rather remind us of bagatelles, but their motifs and structures are carefully interwoven: dialogues, sometimes virtuoso, sometimes thoughtful, but always characterized by the tonal purity and clarity typical of Reimann.
