Lean On Me consists mostly of arrangements of Spirituals and Gospel Songs, but there are also a few hymns and other 'inspirational' items. The collection is intended for many types of singing group. Some of the arrangements are simple and straightforward, mostly in unison and often incorporating children's voices or congregation/audience participation. At the other end of the spectrum there are comparitively complex arrangements designed for experienced choirs that like to sing in four parts.
