Silberklang zur Weihnachtszeit for mixed choir (SAB and optional piano) contains Advent songs and Christmas carols, as well as songs for Epiphany for senior choirs and older church choirs. For many people, singing is a great hobby, not only with regard to the music, but also with regard to the social benefit of being in a choir. As singers get older, singing in extreme registers in particular becomes difficult. This is why the arrangements, which are guaranteed to give your choir a lot of pleasure, are kept in a comfortable singable range (soprano to E2, alto to C2, men no lower than G). Since there are more female than male singers in most choirs, the arrangements are written in three-part form.
