The contents of this volume include: Overture and Marches to the drama Turandot by Schiller (WeV F. 1) - music to The Poor Minnesinger by August von Kotzbue (WeV F. 2) - music for chorus to [Franz] Grillparzer's Sappho (WeV F. 16) - Song for The Merchant of Venice [by William Shakespeare] (WeV F. 23).
