This vocal score for De Profundis Clamavi (S23) has been arranged for SATBarB choir with a baritone soloist, and is Michael-Richard de Lalande's best known, justly celebrated motets. The piece has been edited by distinguished scholar Lionel Sawkins (editor of Charpentier's Te Deum, also published by Faber Music). This practical performing edition brings the work of this still relatively unknown composer to light.
