Compiled by Leah Claiborne and Ben Reznick, all the pieces are also featured in a similarly-titled album. Composers include Florence Price, Valerie Capers, Francis Johnson, Oswald Russell, Ulysses Kay, Irene Britton Smith, Nora Douglas Holt, Zenobia Perry, Kevin Day, Hale Smith, Innocent Okechukwu, and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor.
