The plays offered to your attention can hardly be called virtuoso. They will require from the pianist not so much high technical equipment as other qualities: subtle metro-rhythmic nuances, masterful use of the pedal, but most importantly, a certain state of mind, best indicated by the title of this collection. However, the very performance of this music, I hope, will contribute to the emotional uplift and spiritual growth of the musician.

Another important fact. When a pianist includes in his programs classical piano music, especially popular, he is always unwittingly begins to compete with the great musicians of the past, whose perfect performance certainly familiar to discerning listener. Most often, a pianist losing this competition: it is a hopeless case - to compete with Sofronitsky, Yudina, Gilels and Richter. In contrast, here in these pieces, represented in this collection, any interpretations are allowed, thereby avoiding unnecessary comparisons with the manner of mo re famous colleagues.

I really hope that everyone, who decides to include lyrical pieces from the album ''Presentiment of beauty'' in his repertoire (or repertoire of their students), can enjoy their learning and execution.
