Korovitsyn, Vladimir Vileninovich: Concerto Grosso for Piano and string orchestra. Score
First of all this is the baroque referring to the first half of the 18th century, so as the romanticism lasting from Franz Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony (1822) to Concerto? 3 for piano and orchestra by Sergei Rachmaninov (1909).
The genre of Concerto Grosso, which I resort to, embodies my admiration of the gallant century. Its style may be defined as ''Neo-baroque'', though every single bar reveals the spirit of the 21st century here.
God bless that courageous ones venturing to include this composition to the concert programme.
