The world of Old Viennese classics is not ranked among the galaxy of my passions. I am long and firmly inspired by the cultural epochs framing the golden age of Viennese classicists.
First of all this is the baroque referring to the first half of the 18th century, so as the romanticism lasting from Franz Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony (1822) to Concerto? 3 for piano and orchestra by Sergei Rachmaninov (1909).
The genre of Concerto Grosso, which I resort to, embodies my admiration of the gallant century. Its style may be defined as ''Neo-baroque'', though every single bar reveals the spirit of the 21st century here.
