Together with piano and violin flute has been enjoying world-wide popularity nowadays. Its repertoire is stipulated by most rich and diverse nature. Music literature abounds with both special flute opuses and graceful arrangements created for this magic instrument.
The collection of concert pieces is intended for middle and senior forms of children music school. Young flutists are given the opportunity of mastering solo and ensemble playing, while the geniuses of the past and contemporaneity - from Bach to Shostakovich - appear before us in all their glory.
