Tishchenko, Boris: Sonata No.3 for Piano. Op. 32
The first three movements are the kind of landmarks of the spontaneous evolution, rushing recklessly to the silent, gentle, slow and remote Finale. There returns the three-note motif of the first movement. It appears in two contradictory hypostases - now precipitating to infernal depths, now flying to Celestial heights.
The world musical literature has not ever given evidence of the three-note monothematic core, being so masterfully elaborated. The true artist does not need too much colours to create the universal canvas.
