Vladimir Korovitsyn was born in the Great Novgorod in 1956. Having graduated from the Petersburg Conservatoire in 1981 he was admitted to the Russian Composers' Union. Korovitsyn is the laureate of different musical competitions. ?? was awardedf or his creations at the Stockholm ''Melody Competition'' taking ?l??? in 1992 and at the Petersburg Spring ?f Romance in 2000.
