Kladnitskij V.: Sonata for Two Pianos in Eight Hands. The first and second parts
The Sonata for Two Pianos in Eight Hands combines naturally melodious fantasy and thematical evolution peculiar for generally accepted sonata cycle of three movements. The double four-hands cast, chosen by Kladnitsky is rather unique fo the concert practice, but mostly expedient for ample piano sounding exposition.
The Sonata would be doubtlessly useful in pedagogical practice becoming a tramp-card on the concert stage.
