Andriushenkov G.: Easy Pieces by the Western-European Composers. Arranged for domra and Piano
Some of the pieces were originally composed for piano, though being rarely played even by pianists. The whole publication is the kind of anthology representing Western European musical culture according to chronological order. All the original tonalities are preserved, however, the particularities of the three-stringed domra's range is also taken into consideration.
I'd like to mark especially the cycle ''Album for the Young'' by the famous composer-romanticist Robert Schumann, who dedicated it to his daughter Maria in 1848. The Album includes 43 pieces. Here I suggest 7 of them. This music is programmatic, distinct for vivid imaginative sphere, accessible facture, subtle pliant rhythmical line”
